POLYPRO is a small, hard-working Building Services Consulting Engineers firm, based in Nicosia.
Established in 1998, we provide engineering solutions for the construction industry.
We seek excellence in the work we undertake with the aim of exceeding our clients expectations. We provide integrated comprehensive engineering solutions from acquisition and conditional surveys, feasibility studies, through to design, monitoring and finally handing over to the client.

Meet our Founder
Procopis Polydorou is an Honours Degree qualified Chartered Engineer and Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (M.C.I.B.S.E).
Over the past 40 plus years, Procopis has acquired considerable Consultancy experience overseas, in the UK and the Middle East, blended with Contracting experience on many types of Buildings, including Offices, Business Parks, Military Projects, Residential, Retail, Leisure & Education.
This blend of knowledge is very important to provide insight at key Project stages to identify the crucial solutions and the critical issues which lead to successful Projects.
